Hello Everyone,

I wanted to let everyone know that due to the very busy winter season in Bavaria this year I must take a break from these news letters. This will be my last news letter until early March. Meine Hubby and I talked about it and agreed it would be best to take 3 weeks off from this effort.


This is a very good time to do this since it is hard to find the time anyhow with all our guests arriving everyday. We also wait in anticipation for the needed laws and the restructuring of the CBI. We can see also during this period how the battle to retake the city of Mosul and its surrounding region will turn out.

Remember that there are other very goods sources of information and so please remember what I have tried desperately to instill in all of you. I tried to tell you to feel free to call out these people in the open when you feel their information is bogus, misinformation or darn right lies. If they can not handle the truth then you do not need to be dealing with them anyhow and so avoid them.

Today is Monday February 8th 2016. Still no RV.

We must watch Iraq and the CBI, Finance Ministry and Parliament. Only these establishments will give us CLUES as to when we can expect any significant increase in the value of the Iraqi dinar. The CBI actually told us out straight that they plan to inform the people on an ongoing basis the steps in the currency reform process. They seem to be doing just that.

The fate of Iraq is in the hands of Iraq. So if a date and a rate is truly what you want – then here is the way to get it. There is no other evidence. Go to the source (the real source….lol…)

Update: Currency Reform

So here is an interesting article. Seems parliament now too is getting fed up with the inaction, mismanagement and ineptitude of the CBI in being able to control the currency of Iraq and to ensure domestic price stability and foster a stable competitive market based financial system..

MANDATE
The primary objectives of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) - “ to ensure domestic price stability and foster a stable competitive market based financial system. The CBI shall also promote sustainable growth, employment and prosperity in Iraq” .

Do you believe the CBI is successful in meeting their mandate under the current leadership?

Remember who put in place a proxy governor of the CBI. It was the Dowa party let my Maliki. In retrospect can you now understand his motives? Just look at the economy of Iraq.

So now we see the National Coalition led by Ayad Allawi, pressuring the Iraqi Government to restore former Iraqi Central Bank Governor Sinan Al-Shabibi. See article #2. Be careful in reading the article it does NOT say Dr Shabibi is back already in full control of the CBI. It does say Allawi would like him to be restored. My opinion is this pressure came out in the meeting with parliament see article #1.

So like I said they must do something to change over the leadership of the CBI and bring back the expertise as with Dr Shabibi. I have not wavered on my stance that Dr Shabibi must come back or no RV.

Remember too Abadi has already asked him to come back and he said he would but only conditionally upon 1) having full control of the CBI according to the mandates for the CBI; 2) a eparation of power between the CBI and the Finance ministry and 3) wanted Abadi to “formally” announce he is once again heading the CBI in his official capacity 4) having the political and physical protection that he needs.

Parliament meets with the Central Bank and banks to discuss financial crisis

The Iraqi parliament on Wednesday, with the central bank and managers of banks government plans to overcome the current financial crisis.

This came during Vice President of Iraqi Council of Representatives Iaram Sheikh Mohammed, a meeting with the Governor of the Central Bank on the Keywords and Mohammed Hadi Karim Director General of the Agricultural Bank and Kazem Mohammed fistula Director General of the Industrial Bank, During the meeting, which was attended by heads and representatives of Kurdish blocs in parliament and members of the parliamentary finance committee DISCUSS THE PROCEDURES AND PLANS TO ENSURE SUPPORT FOR THE IRAQI GOVERNMENT TO OVERCOME THE FINANCIAL CRISIS.

He said Sheikh Mohammed, in a statement on the importance of the central bank seeks to secure liquidity and prevent the creation of the beneficiaries of the crisis on the market and the expense of the economy.

"We old fiscal policies exceeded, methods and work hard it possible to provide aid and loans to citizens in all governorates of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region and the financing of their projects to the recovery of the domestic market, and encircle the repercussions of the economic crisis that caused the drop in oil rates in the world."

For his part, on the Keywords that the Central Bank has taken all measures in order to support the citizens and the private sector, especially in this period, adding that the bank launched a $ 6 trillion Iraqi dinars for agricultural, industrial and real estate for banks and granted to citizens by small, medium and small-sized enterprises, in order to move the market and create new opportunities to work.

The Chairman of national coalition Ayad Allawi, the Iraqi Government restore former Iraqi Central Bank Governor Sinan Al-Shabibi, hiring Committee of financial experts, and economic organ formation to save Iraq from the economic crisis.

Allawi called on reporters pursued/the balance of news on the Government to "restore using economists and finance, the formation of a body to save the Iraqi economy, steering compass Government from bankruptcy in order to get out of the financial crisis, Iraq intends to create free zones in four provinces, with Central Bank launch $ 6 trillion Iraqi dinar banks, agricultural, industrial, real estate and granted to citizens".

Allawi said that the Iraqi Government in bankruptcy, it must tend to get loans, and had tried, and Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari discussed successfully securing loans from World Bank limits billion and 200 million dollars, and there are attempts underway to get $ 2 billion.

Iraqi Parliament Speaker was Selim Jabouri called, today, the World Bank, to support Iraq economically out of financial crisis.

The Finance Ministry has formed a Committee to raise non-oil revenues the State to confront the financial crisis, the country, after a drop in oil prices in world markets.

Update: Maliki Syndrome

There is a movement to overthrow and replace the current prime minister Abadi. We all know the USA has strong support for this man. This will not happen. Based on this current information the USA has sent troops into the green zone Baghdad. Why?



I am hearing that there is a plan in coordination with the USA coalition and Iraq government security forces to arrest certain figures in the green zone, included 71 Iraqi political figures.

 They will be stripped of their political posts and many arrested based on evidence of files of corruption and treason, if convicted. The article below talks more about this event. Basically they are going to weed out the trouble makers. I believe that there are many on the list who ultimately will not suffer grave consequences but for equal justice they are going to serve everyone on the list so it does not look like it is politically motivated. We saw this same strategy too in eliminating all 3 of the VP positions last year. Obviously the more sever the crime, the greater the punishment.

AMERICA PLANS TO KEEP THE 71 IRAQI FIGURE FOR THE INTERFACE AND IS WORKING TO INSTALL ABADI HIS JOB

Informed political sources that the United States has recently included 71 Iraqi political figure on the list of political exclusion will be stripped of their posts and may affect some legal accountability.



The sources said in remarks seen by "Tomorrow's Press," the former prime minister Nuri al-Maliki will be at the top of the US list as well as Hussein al-Shahristani, and Hadi al-Ameri, who Tzlma ministerial portfolios, in addition to the "Abu Mahdi Mohandes," which is responsible for the deputy chief of the popular crowd, and the list also includes, political figures, including officials in the government.

Meanwhile; Sources close to the National Alliance, for the supreme authority Ali al-Sistani chief of the popular crowd Faleh Fayad's nomination, to receive as prime minister instead of the current President Haydar al-Abadi.

Sources: Mr. Fayad al-Sistani was nominated along with other two names, but he expressed according to - Almassadr- great enthusiasm for Fayyad to take over the functions of the prime minister of being accepted more Iraqi personalities and regionally, according to the same sources.

On the other hand revealed Iraqi political source of the existence of intensive contacts conducted by a number of American advisers and leaders of the Year with the leaders of the three Iraqi factions of the opposition, to be entered in what is known as "the new political process" in Iraq, including the Iraqi figures are believed linked to the Baath party, the Iraqi dissolved that It was led by Iraqi President Saddam Hussein.

The sources said the Iraqi figures currently based in America and Britain, a candidate to return to the country, including all members of the dissident Dawa Party, which is led by al-Maliki.

3 ARAB VILLAGES LIBERATED, 18 ISIS FIGHTERS KILLED IN QAYYARAH DISTRICT BY ABDELHAK MAMOUN

The Commander of al-Hashed al-Shaabi in southern Mosul Fares Sabawi announced on Thursday the liberation of three villages belonging to Qayyarah area (60 kilometers south of Mosul), while pointed out to the death of 18 ISIS fighters during the past two days.

Sheikh Fares Sabawi said in a brief statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “We liberated three villages in Qayyarah area south of Mosul with the participation of 800 fighters of al-Hashed al-Shaabi, Nineveh Operations Command and the international coalition, as well as the Kurdish Peshmerga forces,” pointing out that, “We managed to kill 18 ISIS members, including five foreign members and destroyed eight booby-trapped vehicles.”
Sabawi added, “The operations will continue until the liberation of Qayyarah and the surrounding villages in order to cut ISIS supply lines between Mosul and Salahuddin.”

The Nineveh Operations Command announced early this month the liberation of a village in Qayyarah southwest of Mosul (405 km north of Baghdad), while emphasized that 31 ISIS members were either killed or wounded during the operations.

Let’s not forget to keep praying for the success of THESE IRAQI AND COALITION SOLDIERS. I believe our prayers are in part some of the acceleration of the process we are now witnessing.

Remember too to pray to the princess of peace – Our Blessed Virgin Mary. She has the ear of Christ and she can intercede in heaven and bring us the peace we all desire here on earth. We can not do it alone. I believe that if we all make this our daily prayer you will see change. It is already working even in the short time since I have been publishing this prayer section. It does not matter what religion you believe, if you pray then to your oven beliefs entity it is still the same powers and good for all of mankind. Ultimately it is all the same God anyhow.

“Lord, protect Abadi and all who stand with him in righteousness, the Iraq and coalition soldiers who are fighting the good fight against terrorism, that they would be shielded from the enemy and would be victorious against them in the battle for Mosul! We ask that the victory comes swiftly and healing of the Iraqi peoples and all whom have been effected by these evil doers can begin!

We pray for the process of the currency reform, the full implementation of the Iraqi economy to full international status and the bringing of prosperity and wealth to its people“ Amen!
