Denied brightly oil on Saturday, the existence of any agreement with the Kurdistan region to export oil, and made it clear that while the previous agreement is still in effect, attributed the reasons stopped pumping oil through the pipeline to Turkey being vandalized.

Said a ministry statement received (range Press), a copy of which, "The ministry denies the existence of any new agreement for export between the oil ministry and federal Kurdistan region," stressing that "the previous agreement is still in effect where the contents of the financial budgets for the last two years as well as the financial budget for the year 2017".

The statement added that "the oil pipeline passing through Turkish territory was vandalized a few months ago, forcing the oil ministry to stop pumping oil from Kirkuk through the pipeline," noting that "with the continuation of this stop oil company was forced north to the re-injection of up to one hundred thousand barrels of crude oil extracted per day to the wells again without financial returns and therefore the Ministry of oil bear operational costs for the North oil company. "

The statement pointed out that "the re-pumping and export oil through the Turkish port of Ceyhan will provide additional imports cover operating expenses for the North Oil Company, as well as provide a share of the province of Kirkuk from the petro-dollar addition to the imports of the federal budget, all of which stopped due to stop pumping oil."

The statement noted that "The oil ministry is seeking full control over the management of all the oil fields of Kirkuk, which was administered by the company before entering gangs to restore (Daesh terrorist) into Iraqi territory and seize the Peshmerga forces on a section of the oil wells in the previous government period."
