Sixth: The report and discussion of the draft law amending the decree passport filter atomic moratorium Law No. (1) for the year 1955. (Committee of Awqaf and Religious Affairs). (2 items).

House of Representatives finish reading the draft federal budget for 2017 and the Act extends the legislative term of one month

He ended the House of Representatives in its regular twenty-fifth, headed by Dr. Salim al-President of the Council and in the presence of 171 deputies on Monday 24/10/2016 the first reading of the draft federal budget law for 2017, and voted to extend the current legislative term for a month.

At the outset of the meeting, President al - Jubouri tasked the Legal Committee to prepare a formula decisions based on requests made by the Presidency concerning a number of important issues for the purpose of voting in the House of Representatives.



The Presidency has decided to postpone the vote on the draft law of the Authority to monitor the allocation of federal revenue and submitted by the Finance Committees and the regions and governorates not organized in a region to a future meeting based on the vote of the Council.




The House of Representatives ended the first reading of the draft general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2017 Act and provided by the Finance Committee for approval of the federal budget for 2017.



Mr. President of the Council and announced the extension of the current legislative term for a month based on the validity of the presidency of the Council after the arrival of the draft federal budget bill to the House of Representatives.

On the other hand, Council postponed the first reading of the proposed first amendment to the law and national card No. 3 for the year 2016 and provided for the security and defense committee in order to involve the Committee of Religious Endowments and Religious Affairs in the proposed legislation.

MP Ahmad al-Asadi in turn demanded an increase of the budget allocated for the popular crowd, referring to the presence of co-operation issue of provision of artificial limbs for those who lost his limbs with the Ministry of Health and international health agencies.



He called Muthana Amin to postpone enactment of the proposed law pending the completion of the elimination of al Daesh and consider the possibility of merging the proposed project within the National Guard Act.



She suggested an olive-Dulaimi MP enacting a comprehensive law that protects and preserves the rights of all those who fought terrorism includes elements of the Awakening and the crowd clan.
