CC Notes for Wednesday 10-26-2016

Frank26:  We are now walking into the second part of our conference call tonight which is the study of the Iraqi dinar….it seems like every time we are together there are some very powerful things that we share with you…..now I’m not going to keep you long…..I’m going to try my best to get done by 8:30.
 
The last time we were together I asked you….can you keep a secret…..and I said….it seems to me IMO…and this whole conference call is IMO….that the CBI is able to do that….
....


You saw and read what we shared with you on Monday’s CC…..I’m not going to repeat it….I’m not going to go over it….I am going to pick up right where we left off…and I am going to tell you that they are making their payments…IMO….on time.
 
There is a reason why we told you that the loans are going to be given to them….well yes to show their credit rating because they will be making payments on time…..to show the international world that they are big boys now and that their banks can make payments….on time….and this government has done everything possible to remove terrorism….to remove corruption….from the roots of every minister….not only in the GOI but in the CBI.
 
The last thing that I said to you when we were together on Monday was….let’s see what the CBI tells you in the next two days….some of you scratched your head and said…but Frank you just said the CBI can keep a secret…..why would they want to tell us anything….and I said take it to God in prayer because what we tell you needs three days to become a reality….tonight I will prove that point….hopefully dramatically….profoundly even substantially….yes they can keep a secret and one of the things they are doing IMO is a lot of payments….on time.
 
Their train is on time….it is on track….and for them to receive goods that are loading their harbors and you can see it very plainly….very clearly….these products are being paid for….on time….and when you think about that….a country that has no liquidity….to see them paying their bills is impressive…not only for their credit rating to go up…but also to impress the international world….that their banking systems are ready….

We don’t give dates and we don’t give rates…..although two weeks ago when I first introduced this idea….of what they were doing with contracts….and Monday I gave you a brand new word….derivative….you took derivative and you figured out what they were doing with contracts….didn’t you Family….yes you did I saw you….I’m very proud of you by the way.
 
So the suggested area codes that I talked about two weeks ago are fascinating aren’t they….so if they are paying their bills on time….then IMO the Monetary Reform is doing this….and we told you IMO….at 3:03 am on that special morning….when they started Mosul….this whole process of their Monetary Policy also started….and they were being able to pay their bills….all IMO….and by the way….mission accomplished sir….Executive Order 13303….at 3:03 in the morning.
 
So here we are….and what is it that I want to share with you…..well we said to you….let’s see what the CBI says to you in the next two days….and we also said IOO (in our opinion) …..that Mosul would need one more week….before they hit the center…Monday…Tuesday….Wednesday….what do you still see….what do you still see….that they are still approaching the center of Mosul….now

I want you to think really hard about this…and you can reference this on WalkingStick’s post 140….from yesterday’s thread….we told you….let’s see what the CBI does….well the reason we said that was because of the following day…..less than 24 hours….Abadi and his Financial Advisor come out….they come out and say….well all of you banks that are going to be a part of our new standards here in Iraq….we’ve tightened things up….we’ve removed corruption….the money laundering…we’ve fired a lot of people that were in charge of certain banks….we have new rules and regulations and laws that have been passed…that meet the standards of the IMF….that we have sent to all of you….

We’ve asked you about the 2% compliance and what to do….ok….very good and this is what we want…and we’ve patted some of you banks on the back….and you saw that didn’t you….of course you did you read all of those articles yesterday….because on Monday we told you….let’s see what the CBI does in the next two days….but Frank you said the CBI can keep a secret….yes they can.
 
Not even 24 more hours later…within about 12-15 hours later….you read the articles don’t you….Samson from Australia that does the night shift for us started to put up some of the articles….WalkingStick early in the morning he comes in and starts to put them up…and what did you see…in fact many of you are probably sitting there scratching your heads….what is he talking about….

Well that is where I come in to teach you….get out of our town….get the Frank out of our town…..who….oh you mean the militia…yeah….oh you mean guys like Turkey that are trying to take credit for what is going on in Mosul….you mean Abadi told all of these bad guys to get out of there….no….Abadi turns around in less than 24 hours after he compliments many of the banks and tells them what they are going to be doing with the new standards of their banks of Iraq…and he tells over 100 banks….get out of here….but the day before he was talking nice and complimenting them….

Yeah he was setting them up…now I told you what to do…and I told you who to fire….and I told you we are not playing this junk any more….I told you the US Treasury is watching everything we do with the auctions….I told you there are special groups from the UN watching every move that we make…not only in the GOI but in the CBI which is you….you dumb banks….so he starts out with the biggest thief of them all….who would that be….you don’t even have to guess do you….

We’ve known how it has been forever that Iran has tried to undermine anything that Iraq is doing….it might be a jealous syndrome….GI Joe is helping you…..well GI Joe should help us….we are the Iranian bank and we have many banks here and we are here to stay and we are going to do business with you Iraq….get out of town…and he closed them up…..you should see what it took to close those banks up….I’m not going to get into that intel.
 
So close it up….no we are not going to close it up…..if you don’t want to close it up….we can take care of it…..we can take care of you….the next thing you know…..all of these banks…..Iranian banks….shut down….the Iranian parasites that were using the GOI through its ministers that had connections with Maliki because he is Iranian….and the CBI idiots that were allowing the GOI ministers to steal money through the auctions and sent them to their banking accounts….are no longer….that kind of stuff is ok for a program rate….for a country slapped with charters….but not for a country that is going to represent many currencies around the world….and stand by them….

And we all know it was the auctions that was doing this don’t we….we all know it was the auctions that was doing this….and you all know that the US Treasury has been there in the auctions watching every little move….you’ve seen those auctions go down more and more….Don961 found a discrepancy but I can’t tell him why that discrepancy is there….I’m just going to leave it alone….not bad Don…that is phenomenal…

This is exactly what the IMF wants…this is Article 8 compliance….this is them becoming trustworthy to the international world….they have removed ministers that are a bunch of thieves in the GOI….they have removed ISIS and DAASH…..it is a bunch of bad people who think they are on a jihad that think they are on some holy cause….no that is not what Muslims are about….that is what terrorists are about….they are complying to everything that you and I want…..and IMO…not only that they are also making their payments on time with their Transitional Rate that has gone from variables to a derivative….and you now know exactly what that word derivative means don’t you.
 
Now what else did we introduce to you almost two weeks ago….what was it….Family I would like to introduce a new term to you….Family get your pencils….Monetary Policy….but we know that one….no  you don’t use it….you say Monetary Reform….within the Monetary Policy encompasses the Monetary Reform and the Economic Reforms….got it….oh ok Frank…yeah…whatever Frank sounds good.
 
Ok I tell you what….you know what I do don’t you Family….I take pictures don’t I….here there is the articles….I take pictures of the articles and it makes it easier for me to bring them to you…..let me find the one I want to read to you…but if I don’t find it I will just tell you because I know you read it…..I’m struggling to find it because I have so many things….it is hard for me to remember where everything is located….within these articles that talk about the Iranian banks and the other banks that were kicked out….did you notice that it said….we are doing this…and they are working with the IMF to remove these banks that will not participate properly…that will not follow your practices IMF….

Ok that is good…what else did the article say….it is post 140 if you want to go look this up….it also says that we are implementing the Monetary Policy….the what….it says right here….we are implementing the Monetary Policy….the article says we are dealing with this and we are dealing with that…and we are getting rid of the bad banks and we are dealing with inflation and we are in the process of the implementation of the Monetary Policy….really….that is the word that Frank gave us….yeah….

What else can you tell me about implementing the Monetary Policy….which includes the Monetary Reform and the Economic Reforms right…..well yeah….what else….well it also includes the exchange rate….exchange rate of what….of our currency….get out of here….no it also deals with the foreign exchange rate that we have with our reserves….the concerns and the local management of any of the Iraqi dinar….and how we are now regulating the banking sector to promote a competitive and stable system in accordance with the Iraqi banking law…and the way it is in the month of December of 2006….that is the Monetary Plan that was put together back then with the IMF…

This is impressive….they are admitting the word that we gave you….and telling you that within that Monetary Policy it includes the exchange rate….of what….of their currency….and I am very proud of you Family….because you went out of your way to study the word…..derivative….and you now know that it encompasses a currency swap….hello….didn’t we talk about that….you now know that it includes exchange rates of their currency and the reserves…and you also know that it includes…..contracts…these are our words that we have been teaching you and now have it.
 
May I introduce another word to you that we gave to you over a year ago….and we have used it twice this year….and we have said the GOI has a Mafioso style….did you see the article about the 102 banks….the Iranian banks….you saw the names of all the banks didn’t you….yep….yes you did…

There was even one bank that was called Ahi Bank…and they were just recently allowed to operate in Iraq…but it doesn’t matter….are you following the rules….ahhhh….don’t act stupid….tell you what….shut down….oh no we will…..shutdown….your time is up….we are running out of time….before November….shutdown….we need to operate to deal with your currency auctions….yeah to steal our money….no we are not going to steal your money no more….then why don’t you comply….we haven’t had time….you’ve had a lot of time….no more double talk…no more wasting time….no more of this garbage…no more of this junk….get out of here…get out of our cities….get out of our country….

Well you wait till I go back and tell Iran….do whatever you want….of course you are jealous….you think you are going to do anything against us with GI Joe right here….GI Joe isn’t going anywhere sucker…and neither are you and our banks and our auctions ever again….and you can take your Maliki and shove him up your Maliki.
 
They used the word we gave you….Mafioso style….today….you know like when you watch a movie at the theater….one of those good cop….bad cop types of movies….well who do we trust….well let’s go to the Chief of Police…no he’s corrupt….well let’s go to the Mayor….no he’s corrupt….well let’s go to….I don’t know…they are all corrupt….they all are in the system….getting payola…..and those were the ugly roots….those were the days of this country….but no longer….those were the worst of times….these are the best of times.
 
The CBI does not talk like this…and that is why we told you Monday….let’s see what they tell you in the next two days….the CBI does not talk like this…but when they do we scream squirrel to you….and we told you they don’t talk this way….they are passing along a lot of amazing information…you may not consider it to be….but we do….and when we talk to you it makes sense.
Maliki was funneling money with all of his jerks at the GOI….but they are gone….Maliki will soon be gone….the mechanism that was being used with these banks is gone….with the auctions of the CBI….they were funneling money to Iran and they didn’t have to use any of those tunnels did they….they were all shutdown within 24 hours even after yesterday’s compliments….well yeah we are trying to work with you guys…and they didn’t….so get out of here….

Prior to that 24 hours Abadi was working with who….the UN special groups…and the US Treasury….Abadi was watching the auctions with these people….Abadi was replacing executives within the CBI….to prepare for this day…and today that was one huge bomb he let off and it exploded all over the Iranian banks that were the reason IMO…why the Monetary Reform so needed the corruption to be removed out of the CBI and the GOI….it got out of town and all because of the special groups from the UN and the US Treasury that was watching every move….every body language.
 
If you go by the CBI there is a sign that says….you don’t need to apply unless you are good honest banks with the desire to help Iraq grow economically….we welcome those into the CBI….other than that just please keep on walking….so I am happy about that….and I am glad we are able to study it together….because that is so powerful….I told you that IMO the center of Mosul equals the Monetary Policy that contains the Monetary Reform and the Economic Reforms…and less than 24 hours later you see the fuel behind it.
 
There were also too many Mom and Pop currency exchange centers that are being cleaned up….they were causing dinar value confusion….and that has to stop too…and it has stopped…it created confusion in the market of the buy and sell…and they should only use the CBI rate but they don’t…in the US we call that loan sharking….all of this corruption and unfair trade to make a profit from the dinar inside of Iraq is ending.

Frank26:  Did you see the articles today that came out bragging….actually they have been coming out for a few days….”Troops After We Liberate Mosul Are Not Going Anywhere”….yeah we know that…and you know why they are not going anywhere Family….because like we told you years ago….once we go into a country to help it….we don’t go anywhere….we build an embassy…

In fact the biggest embassy on this planet is in Baghdad…in fact there will be a total of three embassies to represent us….we aren’t going anywhere….we are going to protect this investment….we are not going to let Iran or anyone do what they have been doing for decades…since the days of Saddam and before him.
 
And one of the commanders comes out today and says….by the end of the month we will be in Mosul….yeah…you must take good CC notes sir….that is exactly what we suggested…we even put a little a little jocularity to it by comparing it to the 2017 budget…..did you read….yeah we read it…do we have to read it again…..yeah read it again….why….we need another week…..oh ok.
....


Abadi even came out in one of the beautiful articles that WalkingStick releases and he said….we are not going to evacuate Mosul after it is liberated…no we are not going to.
 
Now I want to give you some information that you don’t know….or are not talking about….or don’t appreciate….or whatever it is….I want to give you something….there is another reason why we are not going anywhere….we are not going anywhere….we are not going to flee the villages that are being liberated….we are going to stay there….and you can have all the credit you want…Peshmerga Army….you can have all the credit you want…go on in there and finish this up….mop it up….

But another reason why we are staying….you know….GI Joe….it is because we want to repopulate these villages….these towns…we want to repopulate for two reasons…what is it GI Joe….Abadi you are about to have elections aren’t you….yes I am about to have elections…the provincial elections…the GOI elections….yeah we are going to have these elections pretty soon….well it is important IOO….as the USA to help you bring these people back in….I know we need the census don’t we….yeah….yes we do Abadi….I really appreciate that GI Joe….it’s ok we are here for a reason….

So GI Joe you aren’t going to leave….you are going to stay….you are going to let us have the credit for the liberation….and you are going to stay because you want to bring all of these millions of people back into their villages so I can take a proper census so we can have proper elections…yeah….what is the second reason….well your currency reform….oh yeah that is right we have to get these millions of people back into their villages to go to the banks….but more importantly for the census for Article140….for the HCL for these people right….yeah.
 
Let me give you an example….do you remember a while back I told you that the Arabs complained that the Kurds had flooded Kirkuk all the way to the top….that geographically they had unbalanced Kirkuk because they had loaded so many Kurdistan people in that area which very simply messed up the census of the area….yes you remember that….and that is exactly what is trying to be prevented right here.
 
They are not in the center of Mosul yet Family….it is urban warfare….the activity is picking up though….and unfortunately ISIS uses the tactic called “hit and run”…they are cowards…and there was a sweep…a cleaning effect…and this sweep is going from village to village….house to house.
 
We don’t know if the IMF will meet on the 7th but we are going to learn this coming week a little bit more about that…..we don’t think there will be any presentation or anything if they have that meeting….we believe it will mainly be a meeting of signings.
 
When we study….me and my TEAMS….we are of an uncompromised mind…that is why we come across to you a little bit different than most people.
 
Let me finish by talking to you about DELTA…..we told you that DELTA said that that article that came out on Monday…that was talking about….well it was a hodge-podge of 2003, 2013, and 2016 including Mosul….a combination of things…and we told you….and we told you that it actually came from a journalist that doesn’t live in Iraq….DELTA verified it…it comes from el-Jalia….

So it turns out it is not a blog or forum….it is a legit newspaper….and somehow or another it is possible that some CBI member might have leaked that information…..I’m not going to take the time right now but there is a difference between the price of the Iraqi dinar on the open market versus the value of the Iraqi dinar which is the Monetary Reform which is occurring right now…..

I need for you to implement that idea into this article….but overall they are talking about the Monetary Reform everywhere….and DELTA found two sources….actually he has found a third source now already….and that is why once again we bring this subject up to you and tell you that it is legit…..

But for it to have any value the rate of the dinar has to go up and the LD’s have to be introduced….so that is what we are studying and paying close attention to…to see if we see that….one serious thing that DELTA found….the article when translated said that this did happen….I said what….the price of the Iraqi dinar….do you think that is street value….I don’t know because it is an article mixed in with a lot of other things.
 
The word was Yurfah…which in Arabic means it did happen.

Actually a lot of good news coming out of Iraq Frankie….as you know and the Family too….Mosul actually there is no doubt about it looks like it will not be an issue….that things are progressing very good….as always watching the CBI with the TEAM as you all know three or four days ago…basically last Saturday an article came out and said that they…the CBI…is planning to increase the value of the Iraqi dinar and that we should see something on it in the coming days…

And they said a significant increase against the dollar….based on the supply and demand….so it looks like what the IMF told them a long time ago to gradually increase the value of the Iraqi dinar…what we’ve been waiting for….looks like what they are going to do….but the person said…..in the coming days….and this is still Iraq….remember Family it could take 2-3 days or a week from there….but we all know the IMF specifically told them to do the implementation before they give them the second batch….or the second $640 million dollars…this is before November……

But this source from the CBI….the newspaper it is legit and I have confirmation from different newspapers…and even though the source wouldn’t mention their name we know this is the plan and they are going to go forward and do that….so this is basically what we are waiting for….there is really nothing left….that is the only thing they are waiting for….

We all know the CBI plans to come out with the 50 dinars…the 100 and 200 by early 2017…but the rate has to start increasing and going up before they can do the LD’s….because at this point those notes they have no value…and me and my TEAM we have been basically watching the CBI….and we will let you know if anything happens…..when it happens they will post an announcement and you will see the change there and we will announce it.
 
There have been a lot of private messages about the Warka Bank….I know some of you that have accounts there when you go there to check your account the website is not working….I did email the Warka Bank and got a response from them…and they are working to fix the website….so those of you with accounts that are panicking….hold tight and give them some time…it is still Iraq and it takes some time for them to do things

Frank26:  Yarfuh is one of the words that is in that article…and in Arabic it says…it did happen….and DELTA feels that somebody made a decision….which caused this person to get excited and leak the information to somebody….I mean we feel that the Monetary Reform is coming…and now that we see what is going on with the auctions….that is huge and powerful….

There are so many good things happening and going on right now….that I don’t think we have the time to take the inventory of all these epic and historic events…it is almost like we are taking it for granted and not appreciating….maybe 10…20…30 years from now you are going to look back and say….oh man remember when they did this….yep…and what they did today with those auctions is what we’ve been screaming and yelling and what the IMF has been telling them to do….and they brought in the right people to do it…..

Abadi wanted to do this….so DELTA feels that somebody made a decision…and so do I…and then on top if it….now the CBI auctions are being controlled to the point….this  is big…..over 100 banks….it is the same thing with the ministers of the GOI….there were about 300 ministers and the IMF said why….are you stupid….there are more hands…this makes it easier to steal….get rid of half of these ministers and bring in technocrats…and that has been done….same thing when you compare it to these auctions….

Where are they stealing it from….get rid of the banks that are stealing from the auctions….and it is done…..with great strength from a leader….Abadi….and it looks like it looks like they have already done this from how this article was written…it is not so much an opinion….because it is very contemporary with what we are studying and what we are seeing for the Monetary Reform right now…..

That is a lot of banks….a major movement….almost like saying checkmate….and we’ve been expecting this haven’t we Family…so we can act accordingly……not so surprised…but more so grateful to God…..we need to be grateful…..we need to be aware of what it is in front of our eyes before you lose it….historically it is going to fade away….you are never going to see this again….

These are the moments….let me tell you something…..Mahadi….who I thought was going to be the new Minister of Finance….one of the new technocrats….that son of a gun turned the position down….and he also turned down a VP….

You know why…and I really wanted him to come in….I don’t even know if you know this…but I’m talking about it because I’m talking about the ministers….you know why he didn’t do it….same thing as with Dr. Shabibi…..both Mahadi and Dr. Shabibi are too old….both are in their 70’s….and they want to retire….but they do want to see this Monetary Policy….they want to see it through….with Abadi…..because they are very close friends…..just like Dr. Shabibi….very close friends with Abadi.
