Mosul with EQUAL the MONETARY REFORM because it will bring STABILITY AND SECURITY for IRAQ so they can move forward.

We are looking for Abadi to plant a flag … WHEN … he is comfortable.

ISIS took over a bank in Mosul … stole money … tried to mint their own coins … but we dropped two 2,000 lbs. bombs on them … and Baghdadi ran.

The bank is gone!  But not all of the banks.  So what happened to them.  They were secured and TURNED-OFF.

If these banks are needed for the Monetary Reform … they can just REBOOT them … because it’s now an E-COMMERCE environment.

The infrastructure in Mosul will take some time.  It takes longer to engineer a road than it takes to build a road.

Abadi will plant a flag … declaring it FREE … and when that happens … IF … these banks in Mosul are needed … they’ll just turn them back on.

Just give me a flag Abadi!

IMO … a date and a rate is being explained to the IMF right now … on the 7th … or the 7th
The meetings must be successful … and is inches away.

Baghdadi … is up in the northern parts … and on Monday he popped his head out … IMO … look for more activity on him … and his death.  He declared the caliphate is cancelled … then resign!  Abadi told him, surrender or die!

They may tell you that they already have Mosul … maybe even tomorrow … before the 7th. 

That way the monetary reform has more life … which means we don’t need the Dec. 7th meeting.

We told you on Monday that our troops are in the SE portion … which happened very fast … and Baghdadi is in the north.  He’s been slowed down, and he must pick his poison.   Surrender or die.

The media and parliament is all talking about the Monetary Reform … as you can see in the articles.

Economists are telling the GOI to add value to the IQD to solve all of their problems.

IMO – Abadi was told to by you-know-who to “Get us Mosul.”  (Security + Stability = Monetary Reform).

Another reason why Mosul is necessary is that IMO we are targeting certain areas … (like the banks) … but one of the headquarters for ISIS was a TV station.  Remember reading about that?  We took that TV station back … and ISIS ability to spread their propaganda was cut-off.  That was extremely important.

Another example … we got Iran, and SA, and Turkey to cut down the oil production (shipping lanes) because that is where ISIS was getting part of their money from.

Another example … we blew up Baghdadi’s accountant so he couldn’t count his money.

IMO – Abadi will NOT hesitate … the MOMENT Mosul is SAFE and SECURE/STABLE!  He is surrounded by America’s BEST! 

From Maliki to Mosul … take ‘em both down.

Maliki’s days are numbered … and I know we keep saying that … but because of Mosul liberation days are numbered … there are far less days for Maliki to be “free.”  Interesting that Iran now goes against him.

Maliki is not comfortable and Abadi is seeking the state of mind to be COMFORTABLE. ;

There is a pattern of what we talk about with these articles.

Maliki thinks that IF he sticks around that he will be given a special position.  Maliki’s party and Iran have turned against him.

When will we see a flag in the center of Mosul?

I hope … IMO … before November 7th … before the elections … before the IMF meeting.  Don’t you?

Despite Maliki … take note … everyone in Iraq is pressuring the CBI to raise the value of the IQD.

Within about a week … we have now seen 4 articles that are HUGE about what they PLAN to do with their reforms.  They are anxious for it.  That is a pattern in human instincts.  Study them.

When Mosul is ours … and not necessarily “liberated” … then we will see SECURITY and STABILITY … (even though there will be pockets of resistance) … we will be within the period we want … the CENTER of Mosul.

IMO – Abadi is about to show you a FLAG in the CENTER of Mosul.  Even if it’s not shown (meaning officially liberated) … but in a state of being COMFORTABLE … they may still do the reforms … and I think you know what I mean.  Abadi is looking for that “perfect moment.”   That man could flip the switch whenever he wants.  All of this to be reported on the 7th of November … and plan B if it’s the 7th of December.

I got a feeling … a stronger feeling … they have absolutely made up their minds on the monetary reform.

So, let’s see how much longer it’s going to take.  ISIS may have control of certain points, known as Control Points … and ISIS has about 8 Control Points in the center of Mosul … like mini-headquarters.  I believe they have all been disrupted by the Iraqi army.  Which has killed communication with the commanders and the fighters.  ISIS doesn’t know how to communicate with each other now.  THAT IS HUGE!!!  That is really HUGE family!!!  We communicate with signals that they don’t even understand.   They are in a state of confusion.

Look for Abadi to become COMFORTABLE!

In 2017 … there trillions of currency around the world that is wanting to come in and EXPLODE this currency in Iraq.

Some people call me and ask me questions that have nothing to do with our conference calls.  I try to be patient, but one question that keeps coming to me … a lot … (from another Guru) …  is that people are going to the WTO website and people can’t see any update about Iraq joining the WTO. 

How could they be ready to join the WTO without any updates?  What is the URL for the WTO website?  WTO.com?  NO IT’S NOT!  Why are you asking this question?  The first problem is people are looking on the wrong website.   I don’t mind answering your question, but this question in monotonous.  Maybe on the 7th there will be some information.  Of course there isn’t going to be anything on their website yet, because they’re not a member … yet.

How about “we’re at the center of Mosul” … or that “after the middle-evil goons are gone” … yes, they are going house to house and security will return.  This is a national battle.  They did take a “time-out” today, but they are gearing up with whoever else is out there.

The USA feels that it’s time for ISIS to atone for their sins.  I believe that you’ll be learning that the Army is opening corridors for the citizens to return.

As far as the auctions go … you have noticed, right … how they have gone down tremendously?  Don961 has plotted that for a long time.  Did you see today’s auction?  I hope you did.  What was missing from today’s auction?  (1182)  Why would the rate be missing from the CBI Auctions?  Why?  It was there yesterday?  Did they forget?  LOL!!!
Is it possible to reopen a bank without any electricity?  LOL!!!

When the blessing occurs … I’m concerned for myself … concerned about my attitude, desires, etc.  I may not follow enough biblical stewardship that would please my Heavenly Father.  I know what I want to do … I’m excited about it.  But it is an ALTERNING EVENT.  Remember how our society changed on 9/11? 

Oh, they’ll read about us … which will make you more vulnerable.

It could change brain chemistry … for good or for bad.  The brain … neuron receptors can change chemistry … and I fear that we may do some things based on emotions.  I wish you well … I really do … but I’m not going to be able to help you.  I have been cast in titanium to do God’s work.  The next generation … bless you with the currency to do God’s work.  I believe this currency may release the “beast” – a financial/wealth transfer.  Our world is changing … digital currency is coming whether you like it or not.

I want a change for you that is good.  Example:  the first chemical change in my brain was when I was 23 years old.  My beautiful wife gave birth to our son … and when I heard his voice … I recognized it … it pulled me … and as he was crying … then stopped … he looked at me … and now … all of the sudden a NEW REALITY hit me … and I looked at him and assure him that everything was ok because “daddy is here.” 

I was altered at the alter of God.  I was transformed.  Oh my God!  I’m responsible for this little-man … to be raise in the word of the Lord.  That brain chemistry was very good for my life.  This is what I wish for you … that your brain chemistry … the moment your bank account has a lot of zeros … that you do not consume yourself … but you consume the word of God and teach it throughout the universe.

FRANK:  I already cut my pony-tail off!  (just kidding)

DELTA:  Yes, we will definitely meet. 

FRANK:  The family can’t wait to meet you.  He’s funny, smart and you’ll love being his friend. 

DELTA:  Today I’m here to give you the conclusion and more details of what is going on and more details of our investment. 

First of all … the article that came out a few weeks ago … about a special meeting with the CBI … information that was not for us but for Iraqi citizens. 

They have the “plan” to raise the value significantly. 

The USD will start going down.
 
I did the research on the news source … then another source. 

It was very interesting to see that the 3rd article stated that the info was “VERY CONFIDENTIAL” – I was waiting for someone to catch that (in English).
 
Some were thinking it was about the 2% spread … but think about it family … if this was about the 2% market (which is very confidential) … why would they talk about that?  This is totally different. 

The CBI tried for so many years to control the market rate … but couldn’t. It’s impossible because the USD is so dominate in Iraq.  They have to make the IQD very effective and give it the power of purchase.  Even when Shabibi was in charge, he couldn’t control it. 

The CBI sent a memo to some state owned banks … and after they made a decision … the leak came out … and we’ve concluded this is not about the 2%. 

We all know what the IMF has the right to do.  This was the plan from a long time ago.
 
If you go to the CBI website and read their strategy/plan … they need to do the exchange rate.  The plan includes 2016!  Very significant … very huge! 

We believe they do have the DATE and the RATE!  We believe that we are very close.
 
For those who have Warka bank accounts … they really are in business.
Business in the middle east is very slow … and they don’t respond like banks in the west.  I have been in contact with a representative via email.  I believe that everything is on schedule.   Most importantly, the IBAN (which is the identity of that bank) … and my account … I logged in as usual … and noticed something different.  You now can see the account number and the IBAN code. 

That IBAN number … shows they are going international.  I was so happy to see that!   If they weren’t ready … they could have waited until next year.  This is more confirmation … we’re not talking about rumors … at KTFA … we bring it to you once it’s confirmed.  This is solid proof they are going international.  All that is missing is the rate. 

We noticed yesterday, the auction details … looks like they are ready to change the rate.  This is more and more confirmation that they are very, very close. 

The rate must change first before they introduce the lower denoms.

 In June/July, they got the 1st installment from the IMF … but the 2nd installment was supposed to happen before November.  Here we are on the 2nd of November … so what happened?  I believe they are waiting for Mosul.
 
The IMF is waiting for them to implement the reforms.  They will meet on the 7th of November … but if Iraq isn’t done … they will wait until December 7th.  A lot of investors … billions … trillions outside of Iraq is waiting to get in.

FRANK:  Let me ask you … did you see the auction today?  It was low and has been ever since the UST showed up. 

DELTA:  I noticed they took away the exchange rate on the auctions.   It looks like they took away a lot of thing … shorter now … why did they do that?  If you look at all of the currencies … look at currency auctions … and some very important items are missing like the exchange rate.  Think about it.  Why would they all of the sudden take the exchange rate out – unless they are ready to do something about it?

FRANK:  Do you think we need Mosul to see the MR.  Will Maliki will be a problem once Mosul is secured?

DELTA:  I think they should get rid of Maliki … get rid of him … take him down … he is causing problems … with everything.  They have to have a plan for him.  We all know what’s going on.  The US and everybody knows that.  He’s a pain, and that has to be gone.  The monetary policy will go forward no matter what!  Hopefully they get rid of him.

FRANK:  Did you get my phone message today?  We can’t talk about it now … but DoodleBug is asking about something you said back in May … about the transitional rate … do you think that IF Iraq is trying to prove to the IMF that they are worthy of Article VIII … shouldn’t they be paying their own bills?

DELTA:  Article 8 protects them from other nations.  Iraq needs the money.  They must increase the rate.  They must introduce the lower denomination.  Gradually.  Think about it.  Why would the IMF postpone the date IF they are ready?  They have to do it!  That gives a signal to every nation!

FRANK:  If there is a gradual increase … IMO … it won’t be shown to us … but would be seen outside of the CBI.  Do you agree?

DELTA:  Yes, you’re making perfect sense.  The 10-day letter … that was the date and the rate.  The IMF knows the date and the rate.  It’s possible that they have the disclosure.  We cannot see it until its official.

FRANK:  Consider this … part of this formulation … the CBI auctions … for the last month or so have been showing numbers with discrepancy … like some of the numbers are not fully being reported … or being used for something else.  Are they paying bills with IQD … but hidden somehow?

DELTA:  They are not show the numbers (rate) on the spreadsheet for a while now.  Something really is going on.  We know they have to do it.  They have no choice!  They have a plan to do it.  The 3 articles talk about it.  It’s possible they are hiding it … waiting for the right timing.

FRANK:  How are they paying for all of this stuff that is flooding the shelves in Iraq?  If I was the IMF, I would just tell them to pay their bills with a TRANSITIONAL RATE.  If they are about to become “big-boys” perhaps they need to show them that they know how to pay their bills.  I think we are only seeing the shadows. 

FRANK:  Here is another question.  It seems like there is a “theme” BEFORE the elections.  Obama has told them to get Mosul done before the elections.  Do you agree with that?

DELTA:  Yes, I do.  We do believe that even if they announce Mosul … Hillary and Obama will look good.  Think about it .. getting Mosul before the elections … they will get big credit for that.  Remember the letter from the IMF … 10 days for the loan … which I believe was the 27th or 28th of last month.  Who is in control?  The IMF.  It is possible before the election that a lot of things could happen. 

FRANK:  How would you describe Abadi … is he bored, neutral or dancing

DELTA:  He’s doing the Kabuki dance!   Actually he is very busy.  He is doing very good … the right thing.  He appears to be very happy. 

Two or three days ago … he promised the world they were going to get Mosul.  Remember, Abadi was on the financial committee, and Abadi’s advisor used to work with him and he knows what going on too. 

I’m expecting something very big to come out before the elections!
FRANK:  Was Iraq in “transition” earlier?  We don’t know … but maybe they are using a transitional rate to pay their bills … establishing credentials.  An announcement came out from the CBI today … it said “Cancel the auction announcement … CBI decided to cancel the auction for 102 days … because the system refused all bids ...”

What is your opinion on that?

DELTA:  This is about the remittance … they did cancel that … not the auctions that happen every day.  But, this is the first time that the CBI refused an offer.   (That’s like refusing an offer on selling your house because you knew the value of your house was going to go up big time).
 
FRANK:  When you break a pattern … that screams INTEL!   Delta, thank you for coming in!  We love you!
