He ordered Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the Commerce Department to secure the ration card items for families in areas recaptured from the control of Iraqi forces to organize Daesh recently.

This came during a meeting of the Council of Ministers headed by al-Abadi said on Wednesday.
The statement added that "the directive by the ministries of electricity, oil, industry and commercial bank lending to facilitate the setting up processing units for crude oil to meet the needs of the Ministry of Electricity in Qayyarah other terminals that receive crude oil or refer them to invest."

The statement said he "took place during the meeting to discuss the draft basic principles of the law of provincial and district councils, which includes reducing the number of members of the elections", pointing out that he has during the meeting also "discuss OPEC's decision with regard to reducing oil production, the official position of Iraq, which stands with the reduction decision."

The statement added that the council also discussed the provincial elections law, and resulted in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries meeting (OPEC).
The general commander of the armed forces, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said in a press conference after the cabinet meeting on Wednesday evening that the troops that will regain the city of Tal Afar is the army and police.
