Deputy Liberal calls for wise to "keep his hand" for the judiciary laws

MP for the Liberal bloc Awad al-Awadi, Sunday, that some political parties seeking to politicize some authorities, including the judiciary, calling on the president of the National Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim to "keep his hand" for the judiciary laws.
Al-Awadi said in a press conference held today, attended by Alsumaria News, "It has to be the separation of the judiciary as an independent authority," noting that "some people want to politicize some authorities, including the judiciary within the political quota system."
Al-Awadi said that "the presidency of the parliament and set a dangerous precedent, offered a law to postpone without going through the steps in place within the rules of procedure of the Council of the completion of two readings a first and a second," he said, adding that "the presidency of the National Alliance requested a postponement of the law, despite its completion by the Legal Committee."
He called al-Awadi, head of the National Alliance to "pry his hand from the judiciary laws," pointing out that "the law came from the judiciary and the Supreme Judicial Council to end the domination of the authorities and not left in a mess without the law."
And carrying al-Awadi, head of the National Alliance "for the mayhem that took place today in the House of Representatives to postpone the Supreme Judicial Council Act."
The House of Representatives, in its regular 35th of the current legislative term, decided on Sunday (4 December 2016) to postpone the vote on the Supreme Judicial Council Act.
