Abadi pledges candidates for the vacant ministries names after the recess

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced during a press conference held at the Government Palace in Baghdad for determining the names of candidates to take over the vacant ministries, pledged after the legislative recess of the House of Representatives, stressing that "I have no problem declaring the names, but there is disagreement on some of the ministries."
In a separate context Abadi pointed to "reduce the number of provincial seats in half and establish a system for the election of the Kirkuk Provincial Council within the law of provincial councils and district sent to parliament."
