Federal Court proceedings are set to appeal the dismissal unconstitutional Zebari

The Federal Supreme Court rejected on Tuesday the appeal submitted to the unconstitutional dismissal of former finance minister, Hoshyar Zebari.

The spokesman for the federal judiciary Judge Abdul Sattar Bayraktar said in a statement reported tow a copy of it, "The Supreme Federal Court heard today a lawsuit to challenge the unconstitutionality of the sacking of Finance Minister after being questioned in the House of Representatives."

He added that "the court said in its ruling that the seven-day period mentioned in the article (61 / VII / c) of the Constitution concerning the period between application and acceptance of interrogation, and the establishment of interrogation actually for the purpose of enabling the Minister to create answers and evidence."

He explained Bayraktar, that "the judgment pointed out that this period does not go off to the formation of a belief among members of the House of Representatives answers Almistojb but that the vote Balaqalh whether or not to be in accordance with the vision of the members of the board regardless of the period between the end of the questioning and the release of the Council's decision Balaqalh process," pointing out "the court decided to dismiss the claim for this reason."

The House of Representatives voted in the atheist and the twentieth of the month of September on the dismissal of Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari after the postponement of his interrogation sessions several times.
