6. by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the State Consultative Council and committees of the House and both by his duties and functions to accelerate age-related industrial sector of the proposed laws and procedures including:

A modified metal Investment Law No. 91 of 1988.

(B) modifying Industrial Investment Law No. 20 of 1998.

(C) modified to support small businesses and income-generating Law No. (10) for the year 2012.

(D) Industrial Estates Act.

(E) the renewable energy law.

7. The Ministry of Industry and Minerals of seeking to reduce production costs in the public sector factories to support the domestic price of the product, in conjunction with the necessity for companies to apply the standards in production, marketing and follow-up refreshed, and the adoption of good manufacturing standards and obtaining ISO certification for national products.

8. The Ministry of Industry and Minerals and the Committee on the economy and investment representative to reconsider the legislation in force (laws, regulations and instructions), in order to propose the necessary adjustments, including contributing to the smooth flow of marketing of local industrial products produced by the public or private sector.

9. The Ministry of Industry and Minerals to revive military industries in Iraq to bypass the import situations and drain money due to military spending, with the need to use foreign expertise and polarization to achieve the set goals and to contribute to the development of the industrial base.

10. commitment of the Ministry of Finance and the relevant authorities activated the texts contained in the customs tariff law No. (22) for the year 2010 and fees will contribute to raising the competitiveness of the Iraqi product, the formation of a committee from the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, Ministry of Finance and the Iraqi Federation of Industries to reconsider the taxes and fees imposed on local product.

11. Iraqi Media Network and the official media of different commitment to the adoption of a national initiative and continuous advertisements and promotions professional supportive national product depends on the cadres of the producing companies in coordination with the productive enterprises in the public sector and the mixed and private, in order to increase turnout consumers it, and the effective role that is represented by the media in this area and the contribution of the Iraqi journalists Syndicate and the various local media and other private companies in this sector within the framework of the campaign high sense of responsibility towards the national product.

12. to recommend to the House of Representatives by Mr. First Deputy / esteemed member of the Presidency of the adoption on 25 / January of each year a national day in support of the national product.

13. The Ministry of Industry and Minerals and other related to the development of national industries and accredited bodies on locally available raw materials and to provide all the supporting facilities.

14. The Ministry of Industry and Minerals, in coordination with the National Investment Commission and other relevant authorities develop a national strategy to encourage investment in the productive sectors and the announcement so as to promote the optimal use of local resources and increase national production.

15. Facilitating the allocation of land for the establishment of investment projects by the competent ministries and provinces and other relevant authorities within the industrial cities project.
