Judicial Council decided to reconsider the formation of specialized courts and administrative positions

{Baghdad} Euphrates News of the Supreme Judicial Council decided at its third meeting on Thursday to reconsider the formation of specialized courts and administrative positions.
A statement of the Council, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it today, "The Supreme Judicial Council held its third meeting this year chaired by Judge ultra Zidane and the presence of all its members, where he discussed a number of files listed on its agenda and took decisions in question."
The official spokesman for the judiciary, Abdul Sattar Bayraktar said that "the Supreme Judicial Council discussed the consideration of the proposal to amend the laws that are no longer appropriate at the present time and to provide views on it to the House of Representatives."
He pointed out, "commissioning Judicial Council and public body was in the Federal Court of Cassation to nominate qualified for appointment to the Federal Court of Cassation."
Bayraktar noted to "reconsider the formation of specialized courts and to restore its normal trial," pointing out that "the Council also decided to hold a number of changes in managerial positions" .anthy
