Jubouri discussed with the heads of political blocs the legislative aspects and the completion of laws in order to vote on them

Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri called on the political blocs to agree on a road map to complete the remaining laws during the current legislative term.

Al-Jubouri discussed during his meeting with the leaders of the political blocs in parliament the legislative aspects and updating the laws in order to vote on them during the next stage, stressing the need for parliamentary blocs to attend the meetings for the purpose of securing a quorum, which ensures the adoption of legislation, especially asking the heads of parliamentary blocs to oblige its members to attend meetings and achieve the quorum required.

He also stressed the keenness of the Parliament to complete all legislation and laws and the extension of the legislative term for completion of what these laws represent of importance in the public interest of the country.
