Al-Jubouri decides to suspend ordinary leave for MPs

(Baghdad: al-Furat News) Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri decided to stop the regular vacations for members of parliament until the end of the current legislative term.

A parliamentary source told the {Euphrates News} today that "Jubouri decided to suspend the regular leaves of members of the House of Representatives until the end of the current legislative term in order to legislate important laws."

He added that "today's meeting is the [26] of the current legislative term, and ends this chapter if the completion of 34 meetings."
