DELTA: FRANKIE....FROM IRAQI TV: PM ABADI: INVESTMENT DOORS OPEN TO INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES.. DELTA...VIII
Saddlebred: Delta's last post ended with...DELTA... VIII Is that code to F26 for Article VIII?
Rabbit: Hi Saddlebred, Delta or Frank did not mention what VIII means but IMO I believe that it means article 8.
Frank26: Silly Rabbit ................. Of course it does .......(wink)
StephenMac: "Operating with International patterns" is different than being "Recognized as International"..... sorta like you can drive a vehicle without a license because you know how.....but being recognized as being a Licensed Driver is a whole 'nother ball game.......somebody is getting their license.

Don961: Abadi's adviser urges Kurdistan to provide oil exports records
May 14 2017 03:17 PM
Mazhar Mohammed Saleh
Mazhar Mohammed Saleh, economic adviser to Iraq’s Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said that Iraqi Kurdistan Region must provide an account statement issued by one of the global marketing firms that includes the amount of oil products in its oil fields and export records.
Baghdad-Erbil oil relationship is in dire need to reach a solution to include Iraqi oil exported by Kurdistan Regional Government within the federal budget, Saleh added.
This will help to add the records of Kurdistan Regional's oil to the Iraqi federal budget instead of depending only on the oil of the southern and central governorates.

Aggiedad77: This is interesting to me......if Baghdad is a dire need for Erbil's oil export numbers....for the budget.....that tells me....they must be close to "activating" the budget.....oh my oh my.....to activate.....they need something too besides oil numbers. Aloha Randy
Jay: Hi Aggie. I agree. Very cool article. What's really cool is that an article like this was just posted yesterday or the day before by Don or Samson. So IMO that they have those numbers...
I bet Mcgurk was there collecting them so he can bring them to Bagdad….lol`w

Don961: Beside the good news of the surplus in revenues in the 1st quarter ..... 9 times in this short article , including the headline , the word "dinars" appears ... even while saying 13.5 trillion out of the 100 trillion iqd Budget has been spent in the 1st quarter .... not 1 USD in sight !!! ... perhaps the iqd is fast becoming the currency of choice .... for Iraq .... and those with discriminating tastes ...(wink)
The Iraqi government achieved a surplus of 1.8 trillion dinars to the first quarter of this year

Chris05: Another Gem Don, and Thanking you, again. I agree with your comments...
Additionally, IMO, a thoughtful mind might assume the Iraqi 2017 Budget has always been ACTIVATED, but still hidden??
