The Finance Committee revealed on Thursday that it had discussed with a number of ministries, including finance and planning, the legislation of the Financial Management Act in line with the achievement of the decentralization trends.

The Committee said in a press statement received by "Economy News", it "held an expanded meeting on Thursday in the province of Sulaymaniyah, in the presence of advanced cadres in the ministries of finance and planning and other ministries of the State in addition to the Office of Financial Supervision and representatives of the provinces and a number of experts to discuss the draft law on financial management, Which is expected to be presented to the vote in the coming days. "

She explained that "this meeting in implementation of the legislative goals of the House of Representatives and in conjunction with the plan of financial reform and in order to enact a package of laws to improve the reality of financial management in line with the achievement of decentralization."
