Deputy Barzani party announces the failure of negotiations with the change to demand three conditions

Kurdistan Democratic Party MP Najibah Najib on Tuesday revealed the failure of the round of negotiations with the Kurdish Change Movement in Arbil, noting that the movement has stipulated three things, all rejected, including the resignation of the regional president Massoud Barzani.

Najib said that "the round of negotiations, which began about a month ago and focused on the restoration of the work of the parliament of the region and the settlement of Kurdish political differences failed in principle."

"The remaining Kurdish parties, the Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, as well as the Islamic Movement, will allow the movement to change more time and then resume political work in isolation."

She said that the movement of change required the withdrawal of Massoud Barzani from the presidency of the region and the return of ministers of the movement to the government of Arbil as well as postponement of the referendum to decide the fate of the Kurdistan region, which was rejected completely.
