The leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Taher Duski, on Sunday, that the party is open to all political parties, while stressed that the application of real partnership and the implementation of the Constitution, especially "Article 140" basis of the party's negotiations to form the next government.
"The party is open to all political parties and has no red lines against people," Duski told Mawazine News. "We hear from everyone and all the parties that visited Erbil recently that we discussed with them the file of forming the Iraqi government and the extent of their response to the implementation of the constitution "He said.
He added that "the party so far did not discuss the issue of taking office in Baghdad or other gains and all dialogues focused on the implementation of real partnership and the implementation of the Constitution, especially with regard to Article 140," stressing that "and on this basis we will negotiate to form a government."
A joint delegation from the coalition of Fatah and the rule of law, discussed with the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and members of his party steps to form the largest bloc that could give birth to the next Iraqi government as well as the program of running the country in the next stage.
