The Social Protection Authority of the Ministry of Labor announced on Thursday that it will submit objections to the families of the developed countries from 2016, which showed the results of the planning that are above the poverty line of (115340) families, starting on Sunday, the approval of February 17, according to the table announced through the website Of the Ministry and its approved social networking sites.
"The social protection departments in Baghdad and the provinces - except for the Kurdistan region - will begin to receive the applications of the objection of the advanced families to cover those who are above the poverty line as of that date and as stated in the table declared through the website," said the Labor Minister, The sections of Baghdad will receive daily (300) objectors (50) names for the women's section and the same for the man of the existence of six sections in Baghdad three for men and the same for women , Either hard Provinces will receive a corresponding daily (200) Interceptor by 100 women and the same for a man to the presence of two in every one of the province of men and women like him.
He pointed out that the mechanism of objection will be systematic starting with (notify the rejected citizen, submit the objection within thirty days directly with the High Committee, the committees receive objections directly, the committees shall consider the applications of the objectors during the legal period, the committees will issue the decision within (15) days, Grievances of cases rejected by the Supreme Committee in accordance with the law).
Abdul-Zaman stressed that the opening of the objection came to give an opportunity to the families of the advanced to include those who did not submit an objection because of non-notification, calling on families that will appear to abide by the date and date of the review to prevent the Uzbek and to streamline the work, reassuring all families that their rights reserved, They will be able to report on them by calling 1018 or sending information via e-mail to the Ministry and the Social Protection Authority.
