Industry concludes 200 partnership contracts in a new production plan

The Ministry of Industry and Minerals confirmed that the next phase will witness a transformation of the national industry through the conclusion of nearly 200 partnership contracts over the past period with various state institutions and the private sector, which will contribute to the revival of the sector through the addition of new production lines.
The spokesman of the ministry's spokesman Abdulwahed al-Shammari said that the doors of his ministry "are open to see the contracts concluded with the private sector and state institutions with the aim of enhancing production lines and upgrading the realities of industry after the majority of laboratories and factories have mixed cards." A contract distributed between partnership contracts with the private sector and referring some of them as investment opportunities.
He added that his ministry "will complete the time limits for the contracts mentioned in various industrial specialties, will be converted to meet the market need for some of the goods and products that will be added by new production lines in order to move to self-sufficiency gradually."
Al-Shammari said that "a number of ministries such as defense, electricity, oil, reconstruction, municipalities and the secretariat of Baghdad, as well as a number of other state institutions, the ministry implements various contracts of labor to manufacture what is needed from the local consumer, and started the production of services from where the need for the production of what is needed from the local consumer Quality. "
He pointed out that his ministry "has been and is still demanding the deduction of proportions of the customs duties for its benefit, as it produces similar materials and allows the responsible authorities on the borders of the country to enter foreign goods, in addition to the importance of activating the customs tariff law, which provides for the payment of high fees for the number of protected goods numbered 84 It is produced through the factories and factories of the Ministry of Industry and the private sector, stressing that "in the case of the aforementioned law, a customs duty of 100 percent or more will be collected if it enters."
A spokesman for the industry, said that his ministry "is going to launch a number of new production lines after it has prepared a plan and vision during the past period through openness and orientation towards the sober private sector skilled team physically and technically and review contracts of participation and investment contracts and investment plan concluded by the ministry over the past years" .
