Baghdad (news) .. A member of the Oil and Energy Committee MP / National Alliance / Furat al-Shara, to approve oil and gas law will promote transparency in the dealings between the Governments of the oil center and the region, and will draw oil policy is good and straightforward without any doubts.
Shara said (of the Agency news): that the failure to approve the oil law is because due to the differences of economic, political and legislative center and between the governments of the region, where both interpret Article 112 of the Constitution, according to his interests.
He added: There are no political will to pass the oil and gas law and get rid of the outstanding problems, confirming the presence of political forces working to their advantage without the law was passed.
