Start of the Second Conference of the oil and natural resources in Arbil

Kicked off the second day conference of oil and natural resources in Arbil, hosted by the Organization of the obelisk to human capacity development and cooperation and coordination with the Organization of Norwegian People's Aid Second Conference of the oil and natural resources in the city of Arbil.
