Voice of the UN Security Council, Wednesday, unanimously adopted a resolution to combat the phenomenon of foreign terrorists, and while welcoming the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, the decision, President Barack Obama said more than 15 000 foreign fighters have joined terrorist groups in Syria.

Said Ki-moon in his speech during the emergency meeting of the UN Security Council in New York, after the vote on the resolution No. 2187 on combating the phenomenon of foreign terrorists, and followed up with "Alsumaria News", "We welcome the decision to combat the phenomenon of foreign terrorists," and urged "the implementation and promotion strategy to counter terrorism."

For his part, President Barack Obama during the meeting, said that "the CIA revealed the existence of more than 15 000 foreign fighters have joined terrorist groups in Syria," adding that "they are trying to return to their home countries to carry out lethal."

Obama called on states to "abide by the law and prevent terrorists from entering its territory," pointing out that "the American government is committed to working with countries on the basis of mutual cooperation to counter terrorism."

He said Obama "The decision to combat the phenomenon of foreign terrorists will not be enough, and discourse eloquent will not stop terrorism, but must work actively on it," stressing the need for "an exchange of information between countries on Almqatiln foreigners, and efforts to counter terrorism and keep young people about this extremist ideology ".

The General Assembly opened its annual session of the United Nations 69, on September 16 at the UN headquarters in New York.

The session should be looking in one year, about 170 subject of international security issues and the fight against terrorism to the situation of indigenous peoples and the issue of multilingualism in the community.

British Prime Minister David Cameron, Wednesday, joining about 500 British to " Daash "in Iraq and Syria, while stressing the need for concerted Gaood to eliminate the organization "Daash."
