Abadi economic adviser: tax "unclear" system and the need to change

Economic Adviser description of the Prime Minister of the tax system in Iraq as "incomprehensible" and the need to change the real deal, confirming the presence of people who do not pay taxes because of a "lack of awareness", while calling economists to fight financial and administrative corruption in the tax and customs departments through the activation of laws the window.
