Public Finance Moana federal Iraq Act 2015 came into force after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Iraq to the facts.

A statement by the Ministry of Justice noted the publication of the budget law mentioned in the newspaper on Sunday.

The Iraqi Council of Representatives has approved on 29 January last state budget law and ratified by the Presidency of the Republic in 10 of this February.

The budget 119.5 trillion dinars based on 84% of oil imports and on the basis of Sarla $ 56 per barrel as a fiscal deficit which 25 trillion dinars .
