Reflect the Iraqi Foreign Ministry strongly rejected the bill submitted in the US Congress to impairing the Iraqi sovereignty and to target clear for the unity of the Iraqi people, the ministry asserts that any assistance provided to Iraq in its war against terrorism must take into account the parameters of international relationships built on mutual respect for the sovereignty of nations and the need to deal with government Central exclusively in this context, and that Iraq was keen to continue building strategic cooperation relationship with the United States, especially in the fight against terrorism and that the draft law before Congress in details to offend the fundamentals of building this relationship
