House of Representatives vote on the law and end the second reading of three draft laws

Voice Majlis deputies thirty-ninth minutes, which was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Salim al-Jubouri, President of the Council and in the presence of 211 deputies on Wednesday, 05/20/2015 at one law ended with the second reading of three draft laws.
At the outset of the meeting President stressed that al-Jubouri, the Council is still waiting for the recommendations made by committees and defense, human rights and health and displaced Security Council on the humanitarian and security situation related to the events of Anbar for the purpose of voting upon.
Mr. Speaker announced that the Council meetings will continue until the end of this month for the purpose of completion of the vote on important laws, pointing out that on Saturday will see the negotiations between the parliamentary blocs regarding the Federal Court Act, which imposes on the blocks to be flexible to resolve the law and vote on it next week.
Mr. Jubouri and pointed to the Law of Treaties is ready for a vote, calling on the Commission and civil society institutions to speed up display parties law and Reconciliation Commission is making strenuous efforts to provide end version of the Baath prohibition law and the law of accountability and justice for the first reading.
He urged the parliamentary investigative committees to view the final report on the issues assigned to the House of Representatives next week and revealed the submission of requests from the Council of Ministers to view some of the issues in the House of Representatives will be the decisive opinion show next week
