Political circles welcomed the Iraqi endeavors aimed at holding of Islamic Cooperation Conference, to be held in Baghdad next year, especially after the signing of a memorandum of understanding in this regard with the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Union of Islamic Cooperation countries, and while emphasized that those conferences constitute a link between Iraq and the Islamic world, drew that the importance of the conference stems from being an impregnable wall against sectarian ideas that work in their dissemination of terrorist organizations.


And concluded the Secretary General of the Council of Representatives Ayad Namik Majid, a memorandum of understanding with the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Mahmoud Erol Kulaij, on boards of member states held a conference in Baghdad next year.

As part of preparations to host the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Union Conference member states of the OIC, the delegation of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization headed by Dr. Mahmoud Amin Union Warhol Kulaij held field trips during the past two days for Iraq's preparations to host the conference.
