Council of Ministers decided to approve the fulfillment of customs tariffs in all border crossing points, without exception, as well as taxes, including sales tax on Kartat mobilize the mobile phone and the purchase of cars of all kinds in accordance with the provisions of article 33 of the federal budget for the 2015 law, starting from the first of August 2015 and that the necessities of the process and artistic, and the continuation of the work currently in accordance with previous mechanisms until the said date.
