Rapporteur of the Legal Committee, said the parliamentary Hassan Turan, he was "not right to go the House of Representatives to approve the controversial one basket and laws."

Turan has ruled that the "pass laws in a way one basket", stressing the need that "there is a consensus between the major blocs in parliament to pass laws."

Noteworthy that, there are differences revolve between the political blocs on some bills, including the National Guard and the Federal Court, political parties and the accountability and justice and the prohibition of the Baath Party, called House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri to demand from the blocks submit proposals on these laws, and their views for fainted including making it legally guarantor to achieve consensus and balance in order to expedite its approval.
