Shafaq News / The President of the House of Representatives, Salim al Sunday on the need to take advantage of the experiences of a group of international partners in the legislation of the controversial laws between the political blocs, including a general amnesty and the National Guard and the Federal Court Act.

Jubouri said in a statement during a meeting with the President of the international partners group Archie Kirkwood and his accompanying delegation, today, that "the House of Representatives need the expertise of international partners group in compromises between the political parties process especially with regard to the legislation of important laws such as the General Amnesty and National Guard and the Federal Court, pointing the need to invest some efficient administrative capabilities as well as finding sections help the House of Representatives in the process of enacting laws.

He said the government institutions, including the Parliament in dire need to improve its efficiency so as to ensure upgrading performance, calling at the same time to the exchange of experiences between the two parties because of its positive effect for employees both at the functional level or Specialist.

For his part, the partners delegation interest in providing consulting with regard to ensuring the perfect version for legislation important laws, and expand the horizons of cooperation in the training of cadres in the parliament and other state institutions.

Twilight News / Search Deputy Speaker Aram Sheikh Mohammed, Sunday, with a British delegation ways of enhancing bilateral relations and joint cooperation between the Council and the House of Commons and the exchange of experiences in the enactment of laws and mechanisms of legislation and the conduct of Deputies and the development of future plans for the next stages of the inter-sessional legislative elections.

A statement by the Information Office of the Vice President of the Council, and Lord of Twilight News, said Sheikh Mohammed, received in his office today and the British delegation comprised of a member of the House of Lords in the United Kingdom Lord Archie Kirkwood, a former member of the British House of Commons Colin mail, and an expert Parliamentary Alex Brazier, pointing that the meeting was attended by international partners Project Foundation Samir Qassam director.

The statement said Sheikh Mohammed stressed during the meeting the importance of removing differences between the parliamentary blocs on the broken laws relating to political document and the agreements on the basis of which formed the current government, stressing the need to speed up the legislation put up laws and sent by the government and activating the role of the committees of the regulatory and legislative terms, Despite the presence of the deputies.

The statement added that the two sides discussed, in this meeting, ways of strengthening bilateral relations and joint cooperation between the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the House of Commons and to work in order to exchange experiences and learn from international experiences in the field of laws and mechanisms of legislation and the conduct of Deputies and develop the work of the House of Representatives and staff and develop future plans for the next stages of the inter-sessional and legislative elections.
