House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri said on Monday, that the political blocs unanimously to accept the reform paper submitted by the government, noting that the House of Representatives will begin his role in the oversight of what has been mentioned in the paper for the purpose of forcing the government to accomplish what it has pledged.

Jubouri said in a news conference disciple Radewalmrbd that "the political blocs unanimously to accept the reform paper submitted by the Government and will be presented in the parliament session for tomorrow fully for the purpose of voting upon," noting that "tomorrow's meeting will be public."

He stressed that "Parliament will go towards supporting this initiative in the hope of implementation within the time timings that have been developed," he said, adding that "Parliament will begin his role in the oversight of what has been mentioned in the paper in order to compel the government to the completion of the pledge within the paper government reform."

Speaker of Parliament and added that "the House of Representatives added another paper believed to be required and necessary in the completion of the comprehensive reform process, including obliging the government to provide a package of necessities which enjoined the Constitution, including ending the state of appointment by proxy and starting to recruitment stage in my own name through a parliamentary vote on who is served ".

He continued that "it is to be submitted be away from Mahassah considerations or partisan or sectarian, but based on the basis of competence, integrity and professionalism."

Jubouri also considered that "good but not sufficient" government reforms announced by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi package, noting that the parliament has another package.

Jubouri said that the parliament will determine the names or institutions for the purpose of accountability for the involvement of corruption, noting that the Council Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi called for sacking a number of ministers who have proven their corruption.

"The House of Representatives will determine clearly the names or institutions for the purpose of accountability for involvement issues related to corruption," noting that "Parliament will go directly to the limitations of time in the interrogation process fulfilled all the legal requirements necessary to do so and objectivity."

He continued, "We asked the prime minister to sack a number of ministers who proved they default or negligence or corruption."

The president of parliament Saleem al-Jubouri, earlier on Monday, presented a paper on the reform of the parliamentary political blocs, and among the 11 that the paper contains a paragraph, called for political blocs to be discussed and approved.

The parliamentary source said in remarks followed tow Radio that "the President of the Parliament presented during a meeting with heads of political blocs and parliamentary reform paper," noting that "al-Jubouri called parliamentary blocs to be approved and presented to a vote in a private meeting in this regard."

He added that "the paper consists of 11 paragraph goal and activate the work of the parliament and its committees parliamentary and raise the level of performance in a pivotal parliamentary oversight and legislation."
