After the decisions of the reform launched by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi , which included limbering ministerial positions and the abolition of major and deputy ministers of the Republic, held the Council of Ministers , on Tuesday, under the chairmanship of its regular 22-Abadi, which is the first after reducing the number of cabinet members.
