Jubouri: the first steps of the security establishment reform end the presence of leaders acting

BAGHDAD / WAP / The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, Wednesday, that the first steps of the security establishment reform is to end the presence of security leaders acting, as pointed out that the reform that the government and parliament began its path does not exclude the reform of the security apparatus.

Jubouri said in a speech during the liberation of Anbar conference attended by news agency Baghdad International / WAP / that "we started serious steps towards the security establishment support and the renewal of her blood, and enhance their capacity," pointing out that "the first steps to reform this institution is to end the presence of security leaders by proxy."

He pointed out that "the reform that the government and parliament began its path does not exclude the reform of the security apparatus" .
