Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said in front of the Council of Ministers at its meeting on Tuesday to "take a number of immediate measures to address the financial crisis resulting from the decline in oil prices. Including the allocation of 5 trillion dinars to revitalize agriculture, industry and the housing sector and encourage investment and create jobs" ..
