Ruled out legal expert, "the prime minister declared a state of emergency for the time being after the reforms initiated Abadi implemented."

BAGHDAD / Obelisk: the legal expert said Abdul Sattar Ramadan, Wednesday, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi he can declare a state of emergency within the special laws and provisions that take place with the consent of the President.

Ramadan said in a press statement, said that "the state of emergency can not be made public except under special laws and provisions within the powers of the Prime Minister and the consent of the President of the Republic."

He ruled out legal expert, "the prime minister declared a state of emergency for the time being after the reforms initiated Abadi implemented."

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and recently issued a package of reforms included government and Maossat government in order to fight corruption.
