Abadi issued a new package of reforms, and ordering the opening of the Green Zone to citizens

Is the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Friday, the competent security leaders make the arrangements necessary to open the Green Zone in central Baghdad arrangements, to citizens as part of the third package of reforms, as the face of the opening closed by the parties and influential in Baghdad and the provinces the streets as well as the formation of a legal specialized committees to review sale and rental of real estate ownership and the state in Baghdad and the provinces in the previous phase of any party whatsoever.

The Prime Minister's Office said in a statement seen by tow, The Abadi ordered the band to own and develop the Baghdad Operations Command needed to open the Green Zone, which contains government buildings and the homes of senior officials of the arrangements, enjoying high security protection to citizens.

The statement also directed to all the leaders of al-Abadi operations and security leaders in Baghdad and the provinces to open the main streets closed by the figures and parties and influential and subsidiary, as well as taking into account the development of plans to protect citizens and auditors to state departments of targeting terrorism.

Also recommended the establishment of a legal specialized committees to review the sale and rental of real estate ownership and the state in Baghdad and the provinces in the previous phase of any party whatsoever, and the return of funds seized outside legal contexts to the state and where the money back unfairness in the evaluation.

The prime minister Haider al-Abadi said, earlier, that the coming stage will witness take over the Ministry of Interior security in Baghdad.
