Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: A source close to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Wednesday, Abadi's intention to launch a new reform package includes a range of new decisions on Thursday evening.
The source, who preferred not to be identified for "tomorrow Press," that "al-Abadi feel too embarrassed by the lack of time limits and clear for the implementation of previous reforms packages", adding that "new decisions may include new procedures put serious time limits."
He added that "al-Abadi ended the first phase of the reforms, which included stop the waste of public money, and is heading now to the second phase of control over spending, to followed by the third phase is to restore the looted from the state money," noting that "the first phase ends with the issuance of a unified law for state employees, and restructuring of the independent bodies, and arrange schedules in coordination with the political blocs to set the heads and directors of technocrats for the bodies and departments articulated in the Iraqi state. "
He pointed out that "al-Abadi works alone in the midst of popular protests in the country, which counts him alone when mandated by an anti-corruption".
The source described the current situation experienced by the Iraqi street as a "historic event," adding, "Abadi for failure to meet the demands of the masses as a new Iraqi setback could lead to the collapse of the political process."
The protesters in Tahrir Square waved banners last week granted Abadi seven days to implement their demands, vowing to raise slogans demanding drop it next Friday in the absence of implementation.
