Council of Ministers approved, on Tuesday, payment mechanism forward proposals to address the subject of ongoing or stalled projects because of lagging funding.
The council said in a statement received (long-Presse) a copy of it, "The Council of Ministers approved during its 36th, today, payment mechanism forward proposals to address the subject of ongoing and stalled projects or lagging due to lack of funding."
The statement added that "The Council discussed developments in the military and security situation and a number of issues on the agenda."
