Al-Bayati: keeping the earth and the mechanism for volunteering the most prominent points of contention about the Guard Law

BAGHDAD / WAP / MP for the coalition of state law Abbas al-Bayati, Saturday, that the dispute on the draft law of the National Guard is concentrated in about volunteering mechanism of holding the ground after its liberation
Bayati said to the news agency Baghdad International / WAP / "The differences over the draft of the National Guard Law branched out a lot and I took the other curves," noting that "passed has become more difficult, we do not expect to see the light soon."
"The points of contention centered around two main axes first is the mechanism that will be adopted that would like to volunteer. Have a comprehensive national and surpassing the border, and the other party wants to fragmented provinces and armies formed zonal"
He said al-Bayati, either, "the other axis is related to those who hold the earth in the liberated areas, the National Alliance wants to be part of the security guard system, and the other party wants the National Guard of holding land exclusively" .
