He added that "We must reach a legal budget on the tenth of next October."

And on the problems facing budget Haj said, "There is a deficit gap, which amounts to 29% and this is an obstacle a real front of the application of the budget, especially since this gap is contrary to international standards which set the budget deficit at 15% max" not striking that "this overtaking international standards poses a threat to some of the budget items, including borrowing.

And it amounted to 2016 budget draft in the Ministry of Finance submitted to the Council of Ministers, last week, 113.5 trillion Iraqi dinars (99.65 billion dollars) in expenses with a deficit of 29.4 trillion dinars (25.81 billion dollars).
