MP for the Kurdistan Alliance, Ahmed al-Haj, said the government had promised to send him legislation withdrawn from the House of Representatives after making adjustments.
The MP said al-Haj told all of Iraq [where], that "the government deems recovery laws sent by the previous government, due to the changing political, economic and social conditions, which are not commensurate with the current situation."
He said al-Haj, said that "the government promised to retransmit those laws after making adjustments."
And that "some laws need to be a political consensus" .

This is what they are referring to.
They the CoM, are going to review the laws that were brought back and either make adjustments to them of get rid of them.
