Najib: management positions proxy unconstitutional

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Kurdistan Alliance MP Najiba Najib stressed the need to end the positions managed by proxy file being contrary to the Constitution.
She said Najib's (IMN) said that "there are government institutions, including the military institution managed by proxy, so it should be on the Council of Ministers to resolve this file in the coming period."
She pointed out that "the head of the Iraqi parliament's interaction with the demands of the Kurdistan Alliance on ending positions managed by proxy," asserting that "the government can not be a package of reforms taking place there and managed by proxy institutions because it is a legal and constitutional violation."
Parliamentary Legal Committee recommended earlier, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to send the names of all officials proxy to the House of Representatives for the purpose of change on my own.
House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri said recently, that the council seeks to end a majority of independent bodies proxy administration.
