MP from the Union of Forces Abdul Kahar al-Samarrai, that one of the laws that the government had withdrawn from the House of Representatives are revealed legal National Guard and dual citizenship draft.

And between al-Samarrai told all of Iraq [where], that "the most prominent of important laws that have been withdrawn from the House of Representatives is the National Guard and the law of civil law on universities as well as many of the laws pertaining to national reconciliation."
He has also been "a number of laws pertaining to the withdrawal of multiple segments," noting that "the delay in the withdrawal of these laws, such as dual citizenship and other laws law hindered the work of the Council."

The Samurai "The re-write these laws to the Council is very important in order to be the legislative process on an urgent basis", adding that "there is a constant response between the government and parliament, emphasizing the importance of accelerating the return of such laws and there are intensive contacts and follow-ups for various files from before the House of Representatives.

He explained that "the government pulled in to such a large number of laws delayed the legislative process, and we need to re part of it even if gradually in order to speed up the legislation file, especially after two months we will accept to legislative holiday".
He expressed the hope that the Samurai "up laws within the near future to be discussed and approved."

The MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Majid Chenkali, said 29 of last September, that the government withdrew 54 bill from the House of Representatives without modification and traceable to the Council, blaming them [the government] and the parliamentary committees responsible for the weakness of business meetings of the parliament's agenda, so as not cured laws existing projects have.
