Abadi adviser to Mrbd: salary scale had cut 4% of the salaries of only three degrees below allocations

Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister revealed the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, said that the government has not affecting staff allocations within all the steps of the new salary law.
Saleh said in a statement to Radio tow, that the government grades salaries reduced in the new peace first, second and third by 4%, while the included reduction of the nominal salary only, explaining that the nominal salary grades that start from (the fourth, fifth, sixth and even seventh grade) are not subject them to increase or reduction, as well as not compromising the allocations of these grades.
And the Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister that the increase in nominal salaries was limited to grades (eighth, ninth and tenth) by more than 21% is equivalent to 30 000 dinars for each grade in the salary scale.
He added that the state employees who are within the lower and middle grades from fourth grade until the tenth grade and representing 80% of the total state employees, while the owners make up the higher grades, which is the third class and even for the first 20% of employees in Iraq.
"The fact that the three presidencies and special grades, which began the degree of general manager to the prime minister salaries have been reduced as well as the allocations.
