Alsumaria News published the text of the federal budget for the 2016 law, sent by the Council of Ministers recently to the House of Representatives for the purpose of voting on it.

The Council of Ministers approved in (18 October 2015), with a total 2016 budget of expenses amounting to 106 trillion dinars and a projected deficit of 23 trillion dinars, almost.

The drop in oil prices represents a big problem for Iraq, which depends on oil revenues, mainly as a source of income at a time when facing major internal challenges of Baktale with organizing "Daash" and the need to provide the necessary funds for essential services.
