Rafidain Bank announced its readiness to issue a smart card to employees in departments and state institutions all instead of manual cash. Where the use of the smart card in the salaries of staff distribution downplays cash trading and keep the money form in which it allows to be traded at any time and place and prevent exposure money movement staff manually to their constituencies of theft by weak people.
