Today the news was just so good I felt compelled to share it all with you fine dinar investors.

So this now is the period of real change for Iraq and it is all now happening at warp speed. The pieces to the puzzle are all figured out and we have laid them in place now to see the big picture. These are the signs we have been waiting for to lead us to a true timeframe as to when the RV COULD and MIGHT happen.

So in my last couple news letters I presented you with many GOLDEN NUGGETs. I described these nuggets as events that we should all be looking for and many of them have come to past. I hope you were listening?

Sure there is so much going on in Iraq and you can get lost in all the intel. So what do you focus on then?

You have to put your concentration and focus on something that makes sense.

So what seems the most logical thing to do? What I did is research back to the news in the spring and summer of 2012. During this period we know for a FACT that Iraq was very close to the completion of the RV process. What did they tell us back then in the news? Oh-but you don’t think reading articles is important? Really?

So now we very closely watch for the same signs and news we received back then. Does this make sense to you? I have listed these signs to you in past news letters. Have you paid attention?

The only difference is now there are also the reforms and the sincere efforts to expose the corruption and clean it up. There are also efforts to lessen the impact or even rid Iraq of the Iranian influence.

These are events that MUST TAKE PLACE PRIOR TO THE RV. In doing so they are using the democratic process and instituting LAWS. If you pay attention and learn about these LAWS you will clearly see how they impact the process and will clear the path for getting fully out of Chapter VII sanctions, thus the RV.

So what have we seen in the articles and news from Iraq this past week? It was amazing news and it talked about many of these events we witnessed in 2012. I got to tell you I was simply amazed when everyday I would go out to the news channels and read these articles.

They are definitely setting themselves up for a near future global currency and a significant increase in the value of their currency. No doubt about it! This is the time! But these are hard FACTS I present to you not some BS from a hair brained intel “guru” jack@ss telling you he has some high level “secret” sources and it imminent each and every weekend.

[Update: Currency Reform - More GOLDEN NUGGETS]

I am now hearing they plan to start up the “project to delete the zeros” once again next month (December) and also launch the new 50K notes at this time. Launch the 100k notes in early 2016.

They almost have to in order to facilitate businesses that will require large transactions. If they do not do this they will run the risk of liquidity issues once again at the banks.




Remember they can’t launch these new notes without some significant increase in the value of the Iraqi dinar. Also the lower denomination bills and coins must also be launched at or about the same time period since the 50k and 100k notes are to be part of the long term, permanent currency for Iraq along with the new lower denominations and coins.



Keep a close eye out especially for news of the launching of the coins. Why?
Because if they launch the coins they MUST RV FIRST. If they don’t the black market will only suck up all the coins and melt them down since the precious metals themselves will be worth more than the face value – thus an  easy profit for the black market.

Also they unsuccessfully launched coins in the past without an RV and it was a huge blunder. Just what I have told you happened and so we see very little coins today in circulation in Iraq and this is why. This mistake cost them billions. They do not want to repeat this mistake.

Remember too in 2012 when the CBI announced they were going to launch the coins in September of that year? Do you remember? Come-on shake the dust off that stack of articles…lol…. This is how we can affirm too that they were about to RV back then. This is a recorded FACT.

Do you know just how nice it was to hear this news? Sweet music to my ears…..lol…..lol….

I present this article below because it is telling us one very significant point, among others. It is telling us that they confirm to the general public that they have been working on this 50k and100kk project for a long time and are not ready to implement it.

They also tell us the purpose of the project and I quote – “Haider said in a press statement child "Iraq law" that the purpose of the issuance of this category of the "50" thousand Iraqi dinars IS TO REMOVE THREE ZEROS FROM THE IRAQI CURRENCY IN THE DISTANT FUTURE, to facilitate internationalized currency among citizens”

Did someone say to facilitate internationalized currency(or in other words make the currency “international” )?     WOW?

So you want the proof. Once again I do not need any reason for any Hype, and Rumors, Its all in the articles but you must wait for them to tell us. As intel gathering these are many things I hear each day. I am smart enough however to keep much of it to myself.

I do not care if some “secret” source tells you this law or that law is all done. It makes absolutely no difference to us at that time until they bring out an article when the times comes.

They intentionally hold back the news because often an event is so closely aligned with another they have to sit on it for awhile until ready. This is the important part.

For instance we have know HCL has been done for over a month prior to them announcing it in articles but it did us no good until they can act upon it and actually pay the 17% promised. Get it?

Then what would be the impact in telling us if there was no immediate impact on the RV timeline? These are the important parts. We often get lost in all the details that we forget the importance of an article.

We are so excited about an article but don’t know what the hell for. Afterall aren’t we looking for the RV timeline? Is this not what all this is all about anyhow?  Is it just  reporting on article for the sake of being the first one to post it? Do you even know what the hell you are looking for and why?

So in the past I have given you reasons and topics to search the news and be aware of. These are the kind of news we watch for. Never mind all this other stuff at this point.

All this other stuff is all done and we are just waiting for them to completed the RV process so they can trigger it. In the meantime they have given themselves enough of a timeline to try to complete the needed laws to support the reforms. These reforms will ensure Iraq can maintain and build a healthy economy afterwards.

PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE CONFIRMS THAT THE ISSUANCE OF THE CENTRAL BANK 50.000 AIMS TO DELETE THE ZEROS      


According to a member of the Finance Committee in Parliament MP Masood  Haider, on Friday, that the issuance of central bank for the category of the fifty thousand dinars hold works by the central bank for a long time. Haider said in a press statement child "Iraq law" that the purpose of the issuance of this category of the "50" thousand Iraqi dinars IS TO REMOVE THREE ZEROS FROM THE IRAQI CURRENCY IN THE DISTANT FUTURE, to facilitate internationalized currency among citizens.



He added, with regard to the distribution of half the employees' salaries to "US dollar" There is nothing official in this regard, pointing out that this is just some of the demands of the House of Representatives no more.



Referred to as the Central Bank of Iraq, Wednesday, 01.11.2015 issued banknotes category (50) thousand dinars, and as pointed out that the new category is dominated by light brown with included a number of security and technical signs, confirmed that the paper included photographs planning to paddle wheel Euphrates and marshes of Iraq.

Next a very important article and gem of a golden nugget. I do not think that most even see just how important this article really is. It is telling us so much.

First it is telling when they plan to launch the 100k notes. They tell us “to issue percent category thousand dinars middle of next year”. (So now they affirmed again what they told us a month ago about the timeline on the use of these new 100k notes. We should be long gone and done with this investment by then).

Second better yet they are confirming what we already heard that the 50k notes “was planning to launch this category in July, but the economic situation deteriorating last issued so far”. (we heard earlier in the week that in the coming month -  (not months) they will launch these notes to the general public. Then yesterday out pops more news in this article. They are preparing the people now for this event to happen next month)

Third that they will increase the value of the dinar prior to launching any of these two denominations and I quote “a good step" to enhance the purchasing power of the Iraqi currency,” and also “if compared to our currency to the dollar note the absence of an Iraqi category corresponding to the dollar, the limit citizens retained instead of the Iraqi currency to the dollar. "  -

(this last quote means the new value will have to be more than the dollar in order for citizens of Iraq to prefer the use of the dinar over the dollar (which currency is 80% of the currency in circulation) )

Fourth “He said in person that the central bank seeks to another project, which is the removal of zeros from the currency” . (So we know this project to delete the zeros is also about to begin again. Remember this is when they collect yours and my 3 zero notes from us &  when we go to the banks to exchange.

Then confirm to us once that they postpones this project back in July too because of the deteriorating security situation. So what does this tell us? They need a level of security. Something I have been saying all along. NO RV until they get the security situation under control).

Okay so here is one more of the golden nuggets published to us yesterday. It is simply amazing news and everyone should be jumping up and down by now, but same the champagne for a couple weeks.

I quote from the article – “The Central Bank yesterday announced the issuance of banknotes of the 50,000 new dinar early next month”.

Folks this means sooner in December than what we expected. Do they intend to go into the Reconciliation Conference in mid December with a balanced budget for 2016 and a new currency?  Just some thoughts to chew on.

Director General of the Central Bank's currency issuance Ihsan Omran, Thursday, that the circulation of 50 000 dinars will be early next month.

He said Imran/the balance of news, "this category of task groups to improve the country's economy", stating that "this category is a positive step for the development of turnover".

He added that "this step will increase the strength of the Iraqi currency structure and reduces the use of the dollar in the Iraqi Street, while the former would be what currencies unchanged.

He continued, "the class 50 is a high specification security and aesthetic quality and contains images of the most important landmarks of Iraq of the Tigris and Euphrates."

He noted that "this project will bring great success on the path of progress of Iraqi currency in order to be equal to the rest of the coins."

The Central Bank yesterday announced the issuance of banknotes of the 50,000 new dinar EARLY NEXT MONTH.

[Update: Needed Laws]

Parliament completes a second reading and voting of the new general amnesty law.
This law is required by the USA for the RV.  It is done,,,finally.  

So we are now told we can expect Judicial reform laws to come down the pike to parliament very soon maybe next week. Do you know just how terrific this news is?

Finally we are going to get the judicial system cleaned up. This will be another HUGE breakthrough when it happens. We watch and wait for the news in high anticipation.

This will lead the way for prosecution of the many of the very high ranking officials from the Maliki administration including Maliki himself. He is not going to get away from suffering the consequences of what he has done to Iraq and its people.

The day of reckoning is coming. The protestors are relentless in their demands still for Maliki’s head (big head…lol) on a platter. They will get it soon.

Twilight News Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi / said Thursday his government is continuing to "Battle of Reform" relentlessly asserting that past in the launch of new packages.

He added Abadi, according to a statement issued by his office told the Iraqis, "I assure you that we we started our approach reform of our firm conviction that a comprehensive and radical reform and the National Civil State base state institutions is conducive to stability and development, reconstruction, justice and the restoration of statehood,

which Astbaanh the forces of evil, terrorism and corruption the way, those forces that reluctant and obstructed reform tasks being hit very core of its existence and its privileges, especially the quota system and the structure of the state body which Enkran corruption system ".

"I've come reform packages that we launched and we are launching and cross-orders, decisions and directives to address the imbalance in the structure of the state of political, economic, financial, administrative and service aspects and the fight against corruption,

which, although not up to the aspirations of the people but it packs a pioneer and rooted to the path of reform and usher in a new era in the pattern of dealing with the state and responsibilities. "

Ebadi said, "We will continue to reform the management of the Battle of unabated or decline to include the spirit of the state and its institutions, despite the challenges of the economic situation and the suffocating presence of conflict which we wage against terrorism."

He said, "I am sure successfully our enterprise reform with the support of the people who expressed their demands demonstrations civilized peaceful is bright model on Iraqna and the entire region, with the support of good reference identified compass and supported and supports our fight reform, and all the political, media and cultural events that make us tribes have reform front fronts quotas , corruption and terrorism. "

Addressing Iraqis, saying, "O sons of our dear people: away from the political one-upmanship and employment trimmer and skepticism is building, I confirm that two months ago on the reform packages that enclose interlocutor below,

[Update: Fighting ISIS]

Looks like they began the offense against ISIS in Mosul region over last couple days.  I referred to it in 11/9 news letter. As I said these upcoming next battles to retake Mosul are very important and they should be the final large scale push  to rid Iraq of ISIS.

US Troops capture Sinjar today. All good news in the fight against ISIS.
