Third: Report and discussion of the draft general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for fiscal year 2016 (the Finance Committee, the Legal Committee). (Article 38).

Fourth: report and discuss the first draft amendment to the law on personal liability insurance for staff of government departments and public sector Law No. (47) for the year 1990 (the Finance Committee, the Legal Committee).

Fifth: report and discuss the draft amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure Law No. (23) for the year 1971. (Legal Committee).

Sixth: a plan of action for the Committee of the Regions and governorates not organized in a region.
