1. why are they postponing it now since it already started

2. it said it "is heading the Iraqi Central Bank to postpone the launch of the 50th class thousand dinars" ( did not say it did )

3."the central bank for the release of a class of 50 thousand dinars until early next year for special reasons the process of issuing new currency in the local market organization."(could this be the Lower Denominations)

4. Remember I had said over and over that Shabibi and Saleh said a few years ago the lower denoms have to come out at the beginning of a New Year.
