Parliamentary Legal Committee examine the draft general amnesty law with a group of judges of the Court of Appeal

Legal Committee examined headed by MP Mahmoud Hassan Chairman of the Committee and the presence of ladies and gentlemen of the Committee on Wednesday 9/12/2015, and finalizing amendments to the draft of the amnesty law.
Mr. Chairman of the Legal Committee and stressed during the meeting, which discussed the draft law, which was attended by Vice-President of the Court of Appeal in Baghdad's Rusafa and Karkh and a group of judges in addition to the director general of the Iraqi Department of reform on the importance of overcoming the political intersections in order to advance legislation of the law to raise grievances about the oppressed innocent people languishing in prisons.
For their part, expressed gentlemen judges of the Appeals Legal Notices Court on materials and paragraphs of the draft law and reading reviews of the Legal Committee contained in the amendment to the law in the second reading, which recommends to cancel some of its paragraphs and replace some of the titles and amendments on the application of the provisions of this law in cases before and that are under investigation or trial report or where decisions had not yet acquired become final and set up a committee in each district to implement reform of the provisions of this law for cases in which the decisions have become final gained issued issued.
